Yagiz K built the QR & Barcode Scanner app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Yagiz K at no cost and is intended for use as is.
To provide the core functionalities of the app, such as the “Scan History” feature, we collect and store the content of the QR codes and barcodes you scan or generate, along with an anonymous, randomly generated Device ID. This data is securely transmitted and stored on our servers strictly to allow you to access your past scans. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or exact GPS location.
The app requires access to your device’s camera and photo gallery strictly for the purpose of scanning QR codes and barcodes. The app only processes static images. It does not record video, nor does it record audio (microphone access is not requested or used). All image processing for code detection is done securely.
Our app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To provide this service, prevent advertising fraud, ensure system security, and perform analytics, Google AdMob automatically collects certain data. This may include your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and crash logs.
